I made a first collection of important ressources on Phlow-Magazine.com. It's some sort of answer to people submitting music and asking for a review. What links are missing, what do you think? Have a look into our article <a href="http://phlow-magazine.com/creative-commons-music" rel="nofollow">"What is Creative Commons?"</a> That's a good idea.
